I do agree that Snyder should take some cues from the Big Three. Granted the Big Three haven't come back completely to the way they were but they have made strides and have taken some drastic measures to turn their companies around. Chrysler, for example, has cut their education reimbursement programs, executive car lease programs, and several other programs that employees enjoyed. However, when facing laying off employees or cutting programs what do you do? Snyder has some hard decision making ahead of him and he must stick to his guns if he is going to turn MI around. MI doesn't have time for little changes here and there. MI needs to be revamped and quickly.
