I truly to do not understand why everyone believes this healthcare bill to be unconstitutional. In this country we are required to pay social security and no one complains about that. In addition, aren't we also required to pay taxes? If the government can see it as their role to require citizens to pay taxes in order to ensure happiness through education, of which I am fully in favor, than I also think that the government should be able to require that people buy insurance in order to secure happiness as well.
